The simple rules.

1. Keep it is PG-13.
2. No jokes that might make people feel bad(Jokes about Hitler is prohibited. Seriously, it is nothing to joke about.).
3. No SPAM. SPAM= Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages.
4. Dpn´t go off topic.
5. Some people are afraid of " The Tails Doll " so warn in case you have a picture or video with it. In fact, if there is anything that is "screamo" (a video that for example makes you concentrate or turn up the volume that suddenly is interrupted by a scary picture) or in any other way scary, it must be warned for in the same post you submit a video in. Scary pictures may only be linked, and there you must warn too. Breakage of this rule will result in a warning.

4. Don´t go off topic.

More excacly what off topic means: If you post in a topic, you must make sure you´re writing something that fits in the topic. And if you´re gonna write one thing that may be off topic, make sure you write something else which have something to do with the topic. If the topic´s name is Sonic Heroes you shouldn´t write like: ` MARIO RULES!!!! ` But you could write: ` I like the Mario games better `for example.
But then it would seem like you don´t care so much, and to be honest it isn´t so good either. You could write: ` I like the Mario game (a name on a Mario game) better than Sonic Heroes becaus (and then a reason)`. It looks better, and it looks like you care.
So, better writing ` I like the Mario games better ` than ` MARIO RULES!!!! ` but the best is writing: ` I like the Mario game (a name on a Mario game) better than Sonic Heroes becaus (and then a reason)`.

PS. Sonic Heroes is better than the Mario games I´ve played in case you want my opinion ^^

Those are pretty basic rules, except the 4th one, which should be read to Joe every 2 seconds.

however I have to agree with Nayik, it's rather too much for rule #4.
Which you basiclly restricting on what a person can say about another videogame. Which goes against freedom of speech.

Face it, there are more fans of other games in this world besides Sega and Sonic. I personally think GrandTheftAuto kicks Sonic's games very hard in the rear. Everyone have different preferences in games. How fair is it saying SONIC GAMES RULE when I can only say, GTA is ok, but I'm not allowed to say GTA RULE!

Anyway, it don't matter greatly to me, I'm primarily a Sonic Fan so big deal. However it's just food for thought.

Well sure you can say that GTA rule, but you don´t have to only use that in a post in a topic about a sonic game (for example). I didn´t know how to make the rule shorter, but don´t go to much off-topic to say it shortly.

We never said people can't say they like a game.
Just like with many other things; it depends where and how you say it. Joe said it in a topic about FFVII, without contributing at all to the conversation. And it's not the only time.
Just like with Limitless RPG (our version of uncut) you can cyber**** characters, but
1)only in the right forum
2)on certain conditions
The interests nebula is MADE for speaking your mind about other games or anything. We do allow other game talk. But not off topic.
