Weapons: A red and silver coloured rapier called Ultionis (wich means Punishment) and a old pistol.

Clothing: he only dresses in three colours: red, white and golden. He mostly uses a long white coat with red and golden details, a pair of pants in white and gold, a couple of expensive rings on his fingers, he also wears a mask that covers the entire leftside of the face.

Apparence: he got really long curly silver hair running along his back, he also have a lonely bang hanging in front of his face, his eye-colour is uncertain due to thier habit of constantly changing but mostly it’s either blue, gold or purple. He often smile or smirks.

Personalty: He’s very slick but he’s also charming and polite, yet he can suddenly turn and become extremly hostile and threatening, he also does whatever it takes to achive whaterver he’s scheming or conspirering.

Powers: Drawing Powers from and unknown source he’s very powerful and has a large vairity of powers such as:
Spells: He’s and acomplished warlock and know of several spells.
Fencing expert: he’s very good at fencing capable of holding his ground against Claw or other swordsmen.
Fencing techniques: Strages (it means bloodbath and when he uses it he’s capable of cutting objects far away as if they where touched by the sword.)
Lucidus ferrum: he reflect light so that images appears around him.
Caleum Premo: he rises the blade high above his head and focuses his energy in it before he swings the blade downwards creating a pillar of energy that streatches upwanrds, any opponent caught in the pillar will get trapped in it and burn.
Energy blast: he can unleash energy blasts from his hands that can cause severe damage.

Mind reading: he’s capable of reading minds and sometimes even manipulate them by putting thoughts into thier head.

Transformation: He can transform himself into other beings, however this only works as a disguise, he doesn’t get any of the powers that the object he transformed into has.

Background: Noone is really sure but this is the commonly accepted history of Devur Novaray: He was born into a poor yet noble famely on the contry side of a land in the southeast. His father became an alchoholic and started beating his wife and children, when Devur was around 17 he saw his older brother Joaffre accidently kill his father during a fight, a year later Joaffre was killed during a bar fight, around the same time Devurs other brother died in a war that was occurring then. Around that time Devur took the last of the famely wealth and ran away and won a lot of money in duels and buissness acts.

1. Devur won't be quite as good at fencing as soemone who only has fencing as special ability, so Zorro will be way ahead of him in this, if it's okay
2. Only read minds when permitted by the owner of a character, or things may be very OP
